The A-Bomb Dome. One of the few surviving buildings near the detonation of the first atom bomb dropped on a civilian city. Since the bomb exploded almost directly above the building it managed to somewhat survive as a structure. Today the building is on the world heritage list and is a part of the peace park in Hiroshima. Number 1 of 27 (2938)
